    You can install Android emulators to your PC and run your application over them. Andyroid (430 MB) and BlueStacks (265 MB) are popular options.

    2. Google's Official Android Emulator (Free / 1.1 GB)

    Google also provides a complete Android emulator. It's primary goal is making application developing easy for developers. It gives you a complete Android operating system, so it's rather slow and not the best choice if you want something like playing games.

    3. ARC Welder (Google Chrome extension / Free / 12 MB)

    There is a Chrome extension lets you run android applications directly on Google Chrome. I didn't test it. There are many comments both say it really works and don't.
